Adjacent to The Place On The Bay, lies The Fairways – a relaxed small boutique hotel, embroidering the character and elegance of an original Victorian style home. For those who want to be within the hub of Camps Bay, whilst still enjoying a glimpse of ‘charming old Cape Town’, The Fairways Boutique Hotel is the perfect base. All establishments are located within the same complex and serviced by the charming bistro ‘SomeVino’.

The Place On The Bay and The Fairways overlooks the stunning Atlantic Ocean in one of Cape Town’s most exclusive areas, Camps Bay. The resort offers a sophisticated and laid back atmosphere opposite the palm fringed white sands of Camps Bay beach, shadowed by the famous Twelve Apostles Mountains.

BOOKING POLICY:

In order to guarantee the booking, 50% of the accommodation fee will be levied at the time of booking.

Reservations for the period of December and January, 100% of the accommodation must be paid up front at the time of the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A refund will only be considered if the booking is canceled 3 weeks or more prior to your date of arrival and on condition that we are able to re-let the entire period of your confirmed reservation.

Please note that 20% of the total accommodation charge per your reservation will be levied as a cancellation fee regardless. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
