Activities at La Residence include swimming, tennis, mountain/village walks, private wine tasting of various estates, cheese tasting and trout fishing. Optional extras can also be arranged at additional cost. These include helicopter trips, golf, hot air ballooning, paragliding and quad biking.

CHILDREN

In the interest of the safety and for the comfort of all guests, La Resedence has a strictly enforced age restriction policy for children. The present age restriction limit is 11 years. This restriction does not apply if the entire hotel is booked.

For the comfort of others we ask guests not to smoke in their rooms.

TIPPING POLICY

The staff at La residence would like you to know that they do not expect individual tips. However, guests who would like to show their appreciation can do so by contributing to a staff gratuity fund, which is distributed once a month. The guideline that we suggest is Rands 150 per person per day and may be offered at the end of your stay and placed in the envelope provided in your room. This is however entirely at your own discretion.
